The Wyoming State Bar is responsible for the bar exam. The Examiners do not release the local essay questions or answers. They do have a useful information FAQ about the exam. The Wyoming bar exam, a two-day exam, consists of
Successful applicants must achieve a minimum scaled score of 130 on the MBE, plus an overall average score of 70 on the essay portion. In addition, successful applicants must achieve a grade of 70 or higher on at least six of the ten essay questions. The applicant also must pass the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) with a scaled score of 75. Wyoming does not release previous Wyoming essay questions. The Wyoming State Bar web site states that Wyoming Essay Exam study guides can be obtained from Bar/Bri. The following subjects may be tested on the Wyoming bar exam:
